Wedding guest accommodation in hotels
The hotel's wedding hotels combine perfectly with comfort and style. Most of the hotel's wedding facilities are all-inclusive, so your planning process is sure there is no stress and your guests outside the city will like the opportunity to stay in the premises. Whether you are hosting a great event or an intimate adventure, the hotel's wedding locations are the ideal location.
When to book
The location of the wedding and the time of the year are both key factors determining when it is necessary to carry out this operation. Is your wedding happening in a small town with limited accommodation during a holiday weekend or in connection with a sports event/convention? Book in advance! Are you getting married in New England during autumn colors? Book in advance! A seaside town in the summer? Guess it, book early! Basically, once you've booked your room, it's time to start searching for hotel options.
Approximately two or three weeks before the wedding, make sure that all the items you have booked (i.e., comps and updates) are taken into account. If you booked a shuttle, it is now time to finish the hours and details. If you host a pre or post wedding event, please confirm all details and number of items at this time.
If you distribute welcome bags, leave them one or two days before check-in. Remember that welcome packages (if you decide to do so) can be just as simple as a welcoming letter, a map and an attraction guide (often free in tourist centers). Some of my favorite items to be included in welcome bags are a local delicacy (in New York, believe in a pretzel or a black and white cookie), some Asprin or Alka-Seltzer for the side effects of the post-wedding hangover and postcards. You can also include a postcard to you and your partner, so you can return from a wedding to a love mailbox!
Finally, make sure that the hotel staff is informed as your guests are. Please provide reception with multiple copies of the program and any transport information in case!
